At Aqualung®, we stand behind the quality of our dive gear and offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect fit and performance for your next underwater adventure.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or use our online portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused equipment and all original tags back into the shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
